Our spirit library is a drinks cabinet and then some. It’s so big, we’ve had to build a ladder.

Our lounge bar offers table service and personal consultation from a team led by Dan Warren, Nottingham’s world-class bartender. TOM SELLERS

WE’RE PROUD TO PARTNER WITH TOM SELLERS

In the April 2013, he opened Restaurant Story, which was awarded a Michelin star within the first five months of opening, something that has been retained each year since. Now, six years on, Story continues to develop its ever-changing seasonal menu, incorporating Tom’s playful, ingredient-led philosophy.

Sellers’ nod to Nottingham is apparent in his recent work. His Merry Men pop-up, celebrating the legend of Robin Hood, transformed a Victorian warehouse into a medieval banquet, selling out a four-week run within hours of launching.

His partnership with Six marks a homecoming of sorts for Nottingham-born Sellers, who will advise on menu development, support our partnership with The Prince’s Trust and be in attendance to cook at events throughout the year.

Richard Leckie leads our kitchen team and brings a style honed in London’s fine-dining kitchens.

Richard works closely with Tom Sellers to bring together a rotating menu that’s seasonal, thoughtful and full of classic flavours.

Richard Stewart, formerly of Hart’s and Alchemilla, prides himself upon giving each and every one of our guests a personalised experience.

Richard has been collaborating with wine merchants galore to create a 140-bin wine list that sets our cellar apart. Ask him anything.

IN THE BAR

Dan Warren is the finest bartender in the parish. He doesn’t like to shout about it, but he’s the reigning Diageo World Class British Bartender of the year and a 2019 IMBIBE nominee.

Swift in service and pristine in presentation, our bartending supremo prides himself on serving spirits with a story. You should google him when you get a minute. But order your truffle-laced rum thingy first.
